What started out six years ago as an off grid summer cabin has been transformed into a year-round home. My husband has worked all summer to build an addition onto the original building, finish the interior throughout and with the help of a couple of professionals we have electricity and plumbing. Wonderful! Although it was fun to live off grid for a few months each year…it was time to modernize.
